Contact Form Module

This is a very simple "form->email" system. The user fills out whatever data fields you require. You may specify which fields are optional vs. required. Upon submission, the form data is compiled and emailed to any email address you designate. A custom auto responder is included so that the user gets an instant reply. You may also specify CC or BCC recipients of the email. Sample forms include things like free estimates, free consultations, information requests, etc.
